This pedagogical project is conducted as part of the course "Of Machines and Men: Grounding Digital Transformation in our Complex World"
This course aims at connecting Digital transformation with other fields and challenges (such as the ecological transition, inclusion/diversity, innovation management...). It also aims at analyzing Digital Transformation through new perspectives on management.

During this pedagogical project, the students explore the links between Digital Transformation and Permanagement.

All from drawing a networking map by interacting with industry leaders, to building a flowerbed, planting saplings and taking quizzes to understand the ergonomics of nature and symbiosis between different stakeholders in the environment. Through the course of the day we slowly pieced together the relevance of digital transformation and the relation it bore to the permanagement experience - and how our end goal is to create sustainable value through our endeavours.”

L'AGEFI Hebdo
In its October 2022 edition, AGEFI hebdo (a weekly magazine covering all financial professions) examines the importance of reconnecting with nature. It allows employees to better understand the ESG issues ( Environmental, Social and Governance) of the company. For managers, it is also a way of looking at management from a new perspective.
Natwork was interviewed on this last point : "... La nature nous sert de validation de concept", selon Julien Marcel. "Si un écosystème naturel fonctionne, un écosystème business pourra également prospérer à la condition de bien le concevoir et l’entretenir."
